7:30 am. until 10:00 am. – Start the day with a rich breakfast buffet, offering a variety of fresh and colorful fruits and vegetables, cereals, freshly baked bread and croissants, homemade cakes, a selection of cheese, hot and cold sausages, egg alaminutes, pancakes , waffles, assortment of homemade jam and Bulgarian honey. Add aromatic coffee, cappuccino, cocoa and juices to breakfast.
12:00 pm.until 02:00 pm. – After the morning beach it’s time for lunch! The chef will surprise you with selected dishes from the Bulgarian and international cuisine with an assortment of fresh salads, hot and cold soups, appetizers, Black Sea fish, pasta, meat and vegetarian dishes, section with desserts, seasonal fruits and ice cream.
The main restaurant offers snacks from 10:00 am. until 12:00 pm. and from 02:00 pm. until 06:00 – show cooking, barbecue, french fries, pizza, toast sandwiches, pancakes, fruit, small cakes, croissants, etc.
06:00 pm. until 09:00 pm. – The rich dinner buffet is a combination of salad bar, soups, hot and cold appetizers, meat and vegetarian dishes, fish, dietary suggestions, a variety of fruits and desserts. Two themed dinners a week with typical Bulgarian specialties, sushi, as well as preparation of various dishes directly in front of the guests in the section “Show cooking”
