On the territory of the complex you will find the main restaurant – Perla Plaza, with a capacity of 100 seats in the main hall and a summer garden with 50 seats
7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. – Start the day with a hearty buffet breakfast offering a variety of fresh and colorful fruits and vegetables, cereals, freshly baked bread and croissants, homemade pastries, a selection of cheeses, hot and cold sausages, egg ala minuti, pancakes , wafers, an assortment of homemade sweets and Bulgarian honey. Add aromatic coffee, cappuccino, cocoa and juices to breakfast.
12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. – After the morning beach, it’s time for lunch! The chef will surprise you with selected dishes from Bulgarian and international cuisine with an assortment of fresh salads, hot and cold soups, appetizers, Black Sea fish, pasta, meat and vegetarian dishes, a section with desserts, seasonal fruits and ice cream.
Snacks are available in the Main Restaurant from 10:00. until 12:00 and from 2:00 p.m. until 18:00 – show cooking, barbecue, french fries, pizza, toasted sandwiches, pancakes, fruit, small cakes, croissants, etc.
6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. – The rich buffet dinner is a combination of a salad bar, soups, hot and cold appetizers, meat and vegetarian dishes, fish, diet options, various fruits and desserts. Two themed evenings a week with typical Bulgarian specialties, sushi, as well as preparation of various dishes directly in front of the guests in the “Show cooking” section.
