Terms & Conditions:
Prices are in Bulgarian leva per person per day and include:
Overnight stay, appropriate type of food, free use of sauna, gym,
free shuttle to the slopes according to schedule, tourist tax, 9% VAT,
Christmas buffet dinner on 25.12.2021 and Christmas brunch on 26.12.2021 are included in the price.
New Year’s dinner on 31.12.2023 (set menu) and New Year’s brunch on 01.01.2024:
are mandatory for an additional payment of BGN 180 per adult; child from 4-12.99 years – BGN 90 and child up to 3.99 years – no additional payment is required.
Conditions for additional accommodation:
Children up to 3.99 years. on an extra bed with two adults is accommodated free of charge
A child from 4 to 12.99 years old, accommodated on a regular or extra bed, enjoys a 50% discount
from the adult price
Single accommodation in a studio is charged 60% of the price of the selected base
An adult on an extra bed enjoys a discount of 20% of the price
Reservation and cancellation conditions:
Cancellations and changes – up to 7 days before check-in
Payment – 100% payment of reservations up to 7 days before the check-in date
Late cancellation or no-show – first night penalty

– 15% discount for early bookings made by 11/10/2023
50% deposit by 30.11.2023
– 10% discount for early bookings made from 11/11/2023 to 12/10/2023, – 50% deposits up to 7 days after confirmation *Promotions cannot be combined.
